Two Thousand Twenty-Five has been nothing short of remarkable for Pinnacle and myself. We’ve officially settled into our new location, and I still catch myself looking around in disbelief, remembering where we came from back on Cains Hill Place. Little things—like seeing cars and people outside our windows instead of staring up through the windows at the top of the wall at the clouds, or finally having the floor space to move freely with our amazing clients—remind me every day of how far we’ve come.

Even the simple luxuries feel special. Beautiful bathrooms and showers. A bright, functional kitchen and break room. And, yes, the everyday joy of no longer having to duck around exposed sewer pipes while unloading towels from the washing machine. These small improvements have made a world of difference in how we work and how we care for our clients.

Our upgraded equipment has been a gift not only for us as trainers but, we hope, for every person who walks through our doors. This year, we’ve welcomed many new faces—people who already feel like family. We’ve also added several outstanding trainers who bring fresh energy, strong credentials, and skill sets that push all of us to grow. One of my personal goals has been to surround myself with trainers who have strengths and education that complement or even exceed my own. It’s made our whole team better.

But the heart of 2025 has been the success of our clients. As we continue serving the Buckhead community, we’ve seen dozens of people drop body fat, build muscle, and reclaim their confidence. We’ve helped clients relearn how to walk after surgery, supported young athletes chasing professional tennis dreams, and guided people of all ages toward healthier, stronger lives.

One of my favorite stories this year has been Kristin from The Bert Show. At 46 and entering perimenopause, she doubted she could build muscle or feel strong again. But over the last six months, she’s gained nearly five pounds of lean muscle. Her goal wasn’t weight loss—it was strength. And because muscle boosts metabolism, she’s also shed about eight pounds of body fat. While the scale shows only a three- to four-pound difference, the real transformation is closer to a 13- to 14-pound swing when you account for muscle gained and fat lost. She looks and feels incredible and has gone from someone who didn’t work out at all to what many would now call a true “gym rat.”

As we look ahead, we’re filled with gratitude—for our new space, our growing community, and the inspiring people who trust us with their health and goals. If 2025 is any indication, the best is still to come.
