You will have a licensed professional counselor, a licensed professional dietician, and a certified fitness trainer. Together we will work to make the changes you need in mind, body, and life to be truly healthy, happy, and fit. This is the quickest, healthiest, and most fulfilling way to give yourself a new beginning.

This puts the emphasis on strengthening your skeletal muscle. There is a deeper focus on building bigger, stronger, solid muscle.
Sports-Specific Conditioning
Athletes and students alike can increase vital attributes like stability, strength, flexibility, conditioning and speed.
Titlist Golf Fitness
We offer individual and group Golf Conditioning, with four classes a week if you want to join the group, or an individual assessment where we analyze the body positioning and efficiency of the golf swing and from that, design a program to enhance individual skills. We design new group sessions every two weeks.
Pinnacle Pump is our full-body circuit training class offered at 7 am Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and Saturday at 8:00 am each week. Feel free to drop in any time and bring a friend!

Our InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer goes beyond just measuring your weight. It breaks down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass (muscle), minerals, and retained water. Your composition data is then displayed on an organized, easy-to-understand result sheet that we will review with you. The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are and act as a guide to help achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds, putting on muscle, or a complete body transformation.
