Starting Monday, we’re inviting you to join us on a vibrant journey to fuel your body with delicious, nutrient-packed smoothies.
Why a Smoothie Cleanse?
Smoothies are a simple and delicious way to pack in a lot of nutrients. With our busy lives, we sometimes forget to eat our greens, fruits, and other essential nutrients. The 10-Day Smoothie Cleanse is a kick starter to a healthy eating journey—or a reset button if you’ve strayed off course.
What You’ll Need
We’ve got your shopping list covered for both the first 5 days and the last 5 days. You’ll only need to shop twice during the 10-day cleanse—easy peasy!
The First 5 Days (Days 1-5)
– Fruits like apples, grapes, berries, and more.
– Leafy greens like kale, spinach, and basil.
– Healthy extras like ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, and detox tea.
The Last 5 Days (Days 6-10)
– More tropical fruits like mango and pineapple.

Daily Smoothie Recipes
We’ve crafted a unique smoothie recipe for each day of the cleanse, which incorporates a variety of fruits, veggies, and optional add-ins like protein powder and nut butters. These smoothies are not just incredibly nutritious but also super tasty!
