Gabe Wilner is a fitness professional with a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Kennesaw State University. He also earned his Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Exercise Science from the University of Georgia. Throughout his studies, he’s held training, rehabilitation, and clinical research positions to assist a wide range of individuals from athletes to aging adults.

Also a current competitive bodybuilder, Gabe understands the importance of motivation, nutrition, and injury prevention for all your fitness goals. He can give specialized guidance backed by science and experience for losing weight, gaining muscle, and staying healthy. His philosophy on training is centered around the little victories, where small, consistent progress leads to valuable habits and huge results.

Outside of training, Gabe loves watching UGA win multiple national championships, spending time with his fiancé, competing with friends, and cooking!
